Pets

We are a pet friendly holiday park!

Please consider...

If you would like to bring your companion along on your holiday with you, please consider the health and well-being of yourself, your pet and others by taking some precautions before you hit the road.

  • Fleas have the ability to live practically anywhere for up to a year in the pupae (cocoon) stage of their life cycle.  As many other pets come to stay at our park, there is likely to be some of these pests patiently waiting to break out of their shell and jump onto your pet to start feeding and breeding. Please protect your pet and stop the spread of these pests by regularly treating your pet with quality flea control!  Or you may just bring some unwanted guests home with you!  Please also treat your pet to prevent ticks, worms and other nasties.

  • Pet droppings must be picked up and bagged and disposed in the waste bins provided (NOT Recycle!)

  • Pets must be kept on leashes or in pens at all times.  There is a walking track along the shoreline of the park where you can take your pet for some exercise.

  • Pets are not to be left unattended.

  • If your pet has been known to be aggressive around other animals or people it may be a better idea to leave them at home or organise a carer for them, rather than risk a person or animal being possibly injured.

We too are animal-lovers.  These rules are in place for the protection, health, safety and peace for all our two-legged and four-legged guests.

Please note no pets allowed in cabins.
